Grand Dental is amazing! I was traveling through and had a 38 yr old crown come loose. I called Grand Dental and they got me in immediately. Denist Eric took amazing care of me and told me the cost ahead of time. I can’t recommend them enough. I would totally use them as my regular dentist if I lived in the area. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Eric was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me even though he was squeezing me in to his already full schedule. Thank you!

I had my teeth x-rays and cleaned by Sarah and a checked by Dr Woods. Zero, pain and I actually relaxed during my cleaning services. All my cleanings will be scheduled with Sarah in the future. I’m 100% +, satisfied with Sarah’s care for me. Check-up was very comfortable, too. I was terrified of dentists and having teeth cleanings because of the pain I’ve had from previous service providers, so I’ve waited almost 5 years before trying needed dental services again. Prices have gone up, a lot over the past 4 years, so I was a little surprised at the costs of the restorative services I will need to have done, but, I will be having the $8K estimated costs done here by Dr Woods or Dr Benefield as my dental care providers as my insurance pre-approval services are scheduled. The office staff were excellent as well working with my insurance provider, and were outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable concerning billing and my coverage. I was saddened that medicaid isn’t accepted here, but I will save up for the co-payment because the care level is absolutely the best that I’ve had in many, many years. Thank you to Sarah, Dr Woods, and the office staff.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everybody is really nice, but the best part is that it was a virtually pain-free experience. Sarah the hygienist was very gentle with my cleaning and always listened when I told her a spot was painful, and Dr Wood and Olivia handled my other work wonderfully. The only pain was from the numbing injection, after that no pain at all. They accommodated all of my little requests to make it a pain-free and anxiety-free experience. Couldn’t ask for better.

I’m in the middle of my complete implant process. Everything up to this point has been exceptional. From the front office staff’s customer service and the back office technicians and the Dentist everyone is welcoming and non judgemental. The care I have received here has been second to none. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a positive dental experience or journey such as mine. Thank you Grand Dental and all of your amazing staff!!! I went in for a scheduled cleaning, Sarah was the one who did my cleaning, and she was amazing!! She made me feel comfortable and did an incredible job. Dr Wood is my Dentist and he is wonderful! He greeted me with a smile but he genuinely cares about his patients! I would definitely recommend Grand Dental, P.C. if you are looking for a New dentist or want to switch to a new Dentist. Had an emergency that I thought was a infection around my implants and Dr. Eric and the staff at Grand Dental got me in right away for an exam and x-rays. They were very courteous, supportive and knew their stuff. Thank you Dr. Eric and your staff for taking such good care of me! .

I have worked in several Dental centers and have experienced first hand the contact with Dr and patient. Dr Eric is hands down the most caring Dr.I have been around. He was genuinely concerned if I was comfortable he explained what he was doing. It was as pleasant as Dr’s office can be. He also tells funny jokes. He also did implant snap dentures for my husband Carl. He still enjoys the food he can eat now. And truthfully he looked 20 years younger. I love Grand Dental, it was recommended to me by a friend. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. The office is clean and well put together, and the communication on all levels of care was excellent.

I had a fear of the dentist for a long time, from poor past experiences and complex issues. I’ve also hated my teeth for quite some time. However, when I started going to Grand Dental, the staff was SO friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. My comfort has been top priority, and everything is thoroughly explained to me. My overall oral health is lightyears from where it was, and I’m in Invisalign now! I’ve never been so thrilled to look at my smile, and I’m only a few weeks in! I look forward to my dentist visits now, because I know I’m one step closer to my goal smile. While EVERYONE at this clinic is fantastic, special shout out to Erica the hygenist. She did my initial visit, where I was shaking from fear. She heard my fear and was focused on keeping me comfortable but also making sure my health was addressed. My first experience with her really gave me the confidence to keep coming back and getting treated.

I get anxiety going to the dentist and I’ve had a lot of dental issues that I’m embarrassed of, so I wasn’t expecting a good first visit. The staff here was extremely welcoming, friendly, and explained everything in detail easing my anxiety. The dentist is super laid back and very friendly as well, and explained everything and every option in detail. They made me very comfortable and I am very happy that someone recommended Grand dental. They go above and beyond what a dentist office usually is in my experience. The office is super clean and I don’t think I’ll have anxiety issues with a dentist office anymore as they’re now my go to dentist. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Dr. Benefield and his staff truly care about their patients. He takes the time to explain procedures and answers any questions without rushing through. They are knowledgeable and use state of the art equipment. I highly recommend Grand Dental and believe they provide the best dental care in all of Grand Junction. I know this because I have had cleanings, an implant, crowns, and a night guard. They do it all under one roof!!! Grand Dental makes sure everybody receives great service and has a great smile!
